OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

THE FOLLOWING CONTEST IS INTENDED FOR THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED AND INTERPRETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES. ENTRY IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES.

No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entrants need not be present to win and need not attend, view or hear any sales presentation to enter or win.

Entry: Entrants may enter the contest by fully completing and submitting the entry form online at http://www.velour.org/kakicontest. If entry is made online and more than one person shares an email account or ISP account, the person responsible for paying any service charges associated with the account or the person deemed to be the account holder by the ISP will be deemed the winner in the event that that entry is selected. Only one entry is allowed per person/email address per day for the duration of the contest. Postal entries may be made by printing the online form and mailing the fully completed entry form to:

Eligibility: This contest is open only to legal residents of the United States residing in the continental United States and Hawaii. Entrants must be 18 years or older as of March 1, 2008. Employees of Velour and its affiliates and their immediate family members, and individuals residing in the same household as such employees, are not eligible to participate in this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and agree to accept all decisions of Velour with respect to this contest as final.

Contest Period and Drawings: The contest will begin on March 25, 2008 and will end on April 15, 2008. Entries for all prizes must be received by 11:59PM, EST, April 15, 2008. Potential prize winners will be notified by U.S. mail, email, telephone and/or overnight courier within thirty (30) days after the applicable drawing. If a winner is unreachable for five (5) days after being contacted by Velour, or if that winner is otherwise unavailable for prize fulfillment, potential winner may be disqualified and an alternative winner may be selected by random drawing among all remaining eligible contestants. Velour will select winners by random drawings from entries timely received. All winners will be subject to verification and must meet all eligibility requirements before a prize is awarded.

Prizes and Odds of Winning: The Grand Prize is one (1) Ovation USA CC24-5 guitar, MSRP of $429.50, signed by Kaki King. A total of five (5) Grand Prize winners will be awarded one (1) CC24-5 each. The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entrants. ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLIDNG, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY.

General Considerations: Prizes will be shipped to winners at the address provided on the entry form. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of the prizes are permitted. Prizes will be shipped to winners by Velour at no cost. Winners are responsible for the payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes.

Limitation of Liability: Neither Velour nor any of its affiliates is responsible for printing or typographical errors in any contest-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or for transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Velour reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the contest, as determined by Velour in its sole discretion. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Velour and its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, or property damage resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, participation in this promotion, or while traveling to, preparing for, or participating in any prize-related activity.

Use of Information: Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to Velour and its affiliates to use each winners name, city and state of residence, likenesses, and any statements made by winner regarding the contest and the prizes, for publicity purposes (including, without limitation, use on the web site of Velour and/or its affiliates) without any compensation and for purposes of complying with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
